What We Do

We provide nutritious meals, food parcels and essential support to people and families experiencing food insecurity and hardship. Through our community meals, food bank, outreach programmes and volunteer network, we reach people across the UK and internationally.

Our work goes beyond food — we build community, create connections and provide practical support that helps people move towards a stronger tomorrow.

Our Programmes

Making a difference through targeted action.

Community Garden

Growing fresh produce in our community allotments, providing therapeutic horticulture sessions, and supplying our kitchen with locally-grown vegetables. Open to all community members regardless of experience.

Elderly Outreach

Home delivery of hot meals and companionship visits for housebound elderly residents. Our trained volunteers provide regular welfare checks, helping to combat isolation and identify additional support needs early.

Cook & Connect

Hands-on cooking workshops teaching budget-friendly, nutritious meal preparation. Participants learn food safety, meal planning on a tight budget, and how to reduce food waste. Sessions also serve as informal wellbeing check-ins.

Holiday Hunger Programme

Addressing the gap in free school meals during holidays. We provide daily meals, activity packs, and supervised activities for children during school breaks, ensuring no child goes hungry when school kitchens are closed.

Emergency Food Parcels

Crisis-response food parcels containing 3-5 days of non-perishable essentials, fresh produce, and hygiene items. Available by referral or walk-in during operating hours. Each parcel is tailored to household size, dietary requirements, and cultural preferences.

Community Kitchen

Our flagship programme providing nutritious cooked meals to individuals and families in need. Open three days a week across multiple locations, the Community Kitchen serves as both a feeding programme and a social hub where guests can connect with support services.

Winter Warmth Appeal 2026

Help us provide hot meals, warm clothing, and emergency food parcels to vulnerable families this winter. Every £10 provides a hot meal and warm drink for a family of four.
